Shopify Automatic Abandoned Notification

Using Abandon App is easy – just set up the email you’d like your customers to receive and we take care of the rest. Everything is automated for you – there’s no manual chasing after email addresses or contact information involved.

How does it work? Abandon App looks through your shop’s abandoned orders every night and notifies the customers for you. We make sure a customer only receives a notification once to avoid spamming.

Simply generate a deal or promotion you would like to offer customers who abandon a cart on your store and enter it in the email template. Basic HTML and plain text are supported.

   I am looking at your abandon app for our store. I want to know how you follow-up with abandon cart orders for people who don’t provide their email address? Can you clarify please?
   Also, do we receive copies of the automated emails that are sent to people reminding them of their abandoned order?
